Short description
Guessy Kids is a charades party game for iPhone and Android in which the puzzles are colorful illustrations instead of written words. A player holds the phone to their forehead while everyone else mimes, makes sounds or describes what is on screen. Because no reading is required, the game works from around age three.
Longer description
Guessy Kids is the children's edition of Guessy, a party game for adults. Its nine categories hold 399 puzzles in total, from animals through jobs to emotions, each with its own illustration. Controls are based on the phone's motion sensor: tilt down for a correct answer, tilt up to pass.
The app is available in 33 languages and the language can be changed at runtime, which makes it usable for language practice. A Premium subscription adds custom categories built from your own photos, round lengths up to 90 seconds and removes advertising.
